Used to properly install marine carpet & vinyl flooring adhesive. 1/8" notched carpet trowel will spread the exact amount of carpet glue necessary to install your boat carpet. Installing Boat Carpet - Trowel the carpet glue onto your deck in a circular pattern
- Lay your boat carpet down over the carpet glue
- Press your boat carpet into the lines of glue the trowel has created with a roller
- You must roll or press the carpet into the glue to make sure it bonds correctly
- Marine carpet has a rough rubber backing that is designed to be pressed into the carpet glue
