Damages
You are never responsible for damages that may occur during shipping.
If you notice your marine carpet has been damaged during transit and are
present at the time of delivery PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY. It is
important that you do not accept delivery of any item that appears to be
damaged. Take a moment to examine your roll of marine carpet to look
for any visible signs of damage. If you are not present at the time of
delivery please look over your new boat carpet when you get home and look
for any signs of damage. If
there are no visible signs of damage but you notice that there is a defect
in the product once you roll it out and inspect it please take a digital
photo of the problem area and e-mail it to us, we will make sure to send you
out replacement boat carpet as soon as we review the problem.
NOTE: We never fold our marine carpet, however, creases or wrinkles may occur during transit.
If you find that your boat carpet has been wrinkled please unroll it and allow the carpet to sit for 24
hours before installation.
Return Policy
We do offer a limited return policy for our marine carpet, if you find you’ve ordered boat carpet from us incorrectly please contact us immediately so that we can try to stop the shipment before it is processed and shipped (within 24 hours). We do offer a 10 day return policy from the day you receive your replacement boat carpet but only for carpet that has not been unrolled, this is very important. Any rolls of boat carpet you wish to return must be in their original packaging and you are responsible for all costs associated with the return. The reason for this is due to the size of the rolls of marine carpet. If you unpack and unroll your new marine carpet we cannot offer you a refund. We apologize for this but due to the difficulty in rolling the carpet within UPS specifications if you unroll and try to re-roll the carpet it will exceed the UPS maximum size and automatically become an Oversize 3 package costing anywhere from $85-100 to ship. For this reason please be sure you order the correct size and color of marine carpet. Remember, we offer free samples so don’t hesitate to request marine carpet samples.
