Shipping Policy:
Your carpet order ships for free, everything we sell on Boat Carpet Buys® will ship to you without additional freight or handling charges. The price you see is the price you pay. That's it, we try to make it simple.
How Will My Carpet Arrive?
We ship all of our marine carpet with FedEx ground. Your carpet will arrive to you rolled and packed in a heavy weight plastic bag with the ends flat and secured. We never fold the boat carpet we sell, folding marine carpet will destroy the rubber backing. Your carpet roll should arrive to you undamaged, if you see any damage to the roll please do not accept delivery and call us for a replacement. If you are not home at the time of delivery, call us immediately and we will have another roll shipped to you and pick up the damaged carpet.
No Sales Tax?
PontoonStuff, Inc. and our related websites operate out of the State of Indiana. Any purchase with a shipping address outside of Indiana will not be charged sales sale. If you are an Indiana resident with a ship to address located within Indiana, we need to charge you sales tax. However, we will refund the State's tax charges and pay them for you. Simply call us after you place the order and we issue the refund and note the account.
Returns
We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase so long as the carpet has not been used, simply ship it back to us and we will issue you a full refund. If your carpet is damaged during shipment we will pay for it to be returned and send you a replacement roll.
