During these unprecedented times, we are working diligently to safeguard the health of our employees, both at work and at home.
Please note: Due to COVID-19, many more people are ordering online, which has caused a strain on FedEx, our primary shipping carrier. As such, you might see a day or two delay in transit times. For larger orders, packages might be delivered in two separate shipments on different days. Many of our manufactures have been affected as well, and we will continue to keep you informed of those delays as they come to our attention.
Our call center is working hard to get every customer taken care of by offering the same great customer service that our business was built on. Even with our staff’s commitment to your satisfaction, we are all adjusting and it may take us a little longer to get back to you.
